- worked with our Public sector members on the effort to repeal SB5/Issue 2
- improved local's financial health and stability by increasing assets by over $50,000 during term as president
- negotiated contracts at SBC/Ameritech, OPPA, Hyatt, CSU, Otto Konigslow
- elected to Marketing Seat for 1998 and 2001 CWA/SBC-Ameritech contracts
- won unprecedented wage/pension increases and upgrades at the bargaining table
- referred numerous cases for neutral evaluations/arbitrations resulting in jobs being reinstated
- approaches grievance handling as serious business not a social event
- established accountability checks for data used in discipline
- worked with all units to improve grievance handling
- created Scorecard mobilization adopted by many locals
- set up mobilizer structure for 2009 Bargaining
- recruited fifty mobilizers to aid in Countdown to Contract
- prepared many arbitration case files
- assisted C&T stewards with grievances and case referrals to Washington D.C.
- fought and won numerous grievances and review boards, saved many jobs
- signed up hundreds for the Stewards Army, Employee Free Choice Million Member mobilization
